Uche Nancy’s career officially kicked off in 1999. She was the costume designer for the video Issakaba and supplies costumes to actors and filmmakers in Delta state, Anambra, and Enugu. Since then, she has appeared in The Grandmasters (2005), Emotional Tears (2003), Most Wanted Bachelor (2007), A Private Storm (2010), and Stronger than Pain (2020).

She is a producer popularly known for her roles in Thanks for Coming (2011), The Enemy I See (2012), False Hearted (2022), and Ogbanta the Family Hunter.

Uche was in the business as a Costume designer for over ten years before she entered movie production. She once outlined that one of her primary major reasons for entering Movie production was to allow female actresses to display their talent and mitigate sexual harassment challenges by ranchy producers.
